Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. The service
Operation Analytics provides analytics dashboards and reports derived from data sources you connect. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
2. Your data & authority
You retain all rights to data you connect. You represent that you are authorized to connect each source — including any authorization your source platform requires — and that doing so complies with your agreements and applicable law. We process connected data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the service, misrepresent your identity, or use the service to attempt re-identification of any pseudonymized individual. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Design-partner phase
The service is currently offered free to design partners. It is under active development: features may change, and while we treat your data with the care described on our Security page, the service is provided "as is" without warranties during this phase.
5. Analytics outputs
Dashboards and AI-generated briefs are informational tools computed from your data. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice, and operational decisions remain yours.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the free phase, $100). Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach. Sections 2, 5, and 6 survive termination.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms with notice to workspace owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
