Operation Analytics exists because operational software is great at running your business and mediocre at explaining it. The platform that processes your registrations and invoices can tell you what happened today; it usually can't tell you whether this season is tracking ahead of last, which programs quietly subsidize the others, or which of your families are one conversation away from deeper engagement.

Answering those questions has meant exports, spreadsheets, and a volunteer with a free weekend. We think it should mean opening a tab.

So we build analytics that sit on top of the systems operators already use. One canonical model — transactions, enrollments, parties, items — that any source can feed, dashboards where every number traces to its underlying rows, and a weekly brief that reads the data so you don't have to. We started with youth-organization platforms because their operators juggle more programs with less tooling than almost anyone; commerce is next.
