Who we are

Operation Analytics ("OA", "we") provides analytics services at operationanalytics.com for organizations ("customers") that connect their operational systems to our platform.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and workspace details, used to sign you in and operate your workspace. Connected-source data: operational records your organization authorizes us to sync — invoices, payments, registrations, campaigns, memberships, volunteer activity, and the adult contact details (names, emails, phone numbers) your source system exports. Minors: we do not collect personal information about minors; connected sources send only pseudonymous references as described on our Security & Data Handling page. Site forms: if you submit a waitlist, pricing, or contact form, we store the email and message you provide.

How we use it

To provide the service: syncing, computing metrics, rendering dashboards, and generating analytical briefs for your workspace. To communicate with you about the service. We do not sell personal information, do not share customer data between workspaces, and do not use customer data to train AI models.

Processors we rely on

We use Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the United States), Vercel (application hosting), and Anthropic (AI brief generation, which processes aggregated workspace metrics only). Each processes data solely to provide their service to us.

Retention & deletion

We retain synced data while your workspace is active. Disconnect a source to stop syncing; request workspace deletion and we remove all associated data — raw and derived — within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information. Requests go through the contact page; if your data reached us via a customer's connected source, we may direct the request to that customer, who controls the source relationship.

Changes

We'll post updates here and note the date above. Material changes get an email to workspace owners.
